The opportunity was given to exchange views on this stage, which has been challenging to carry out the work entrusted to it. With enthusiasm, Rev. LHM Panama participated in the first online meeting of the Mental Health Network, with a training on "Mental Health in times of Pandemic" presented by Dr. Ricardo Goti, who gave important guidance on the effects that occur in relation to the Covid-19 crisis and how to help people who are suffering emotionally because of the pandemic. After the training, a meeting was held where the activities for the month of September related to suicide prevention (September 10), and for the month of October for World Mental Health Day (October 9) were presented. On both dates, online trainings related to prevention and mental health care will be held.

THE EXPRESSION OF EMOTIONS IN CHILDREN

The monthly child guidance tip featured some ideas that help parents teach their children to express their emotions. These tips guide them to be compassionate, show empathy, and teach children communication skills so they can express how they feel and learn that it is okay to feel and show their emotions whether they are sad, angry, scared, surprised or happy. This tip was shared through social medias and with people who participated in the past workshop on strategies to strengthen relationships with children.

VIRTUAL WORKSHOP WITH PSYCHOPEDAGOGICAL CABINET

On this occasion, we had the assistance of thirty-eight people, among them psychology professionals, members of this Psychopedagogical Cabinet. Mrs. Haydée, who participated from Puno, Peru, told us that all the strategies presented are of great help in raising children and, above all, considers that giving them the blessing, placing them in God's care and hugging them makes them feel loved and safe, she lived that experience with her mother and now she practices it with her children.

Damaris Hernández, LHM Panama volunteer and speaker at the workshop, presented important guidelines and ways in which we can interact and strengthen communication with adolescents. Many comments of appreciation were sent by the participants and urging the ministry to continue with these parent training workshops.

SHARING GUIDANCE AND THE MESSAGE OF GOD'S LOVE

On the Internet, people search for a lot of information and guidance on issues that affect them in their daily lives. Our ministry has a variety of topics of interest to all people. In order to share with the public the available eBooks, free of charge, offer them guidance on some life topics, and show God's wisdom, advice and love through these resources, we have developed a campaign promoting eBooks. We have published content (images, links and video) on our website, blog, social networks and email. We thank God for allowing us to contribute in some way to this mission of carrying His message of hope and Salvation through these tools.

BLOG MESSAGES OF HOPE, A WAY TO TALK ABOUT THE PRECIOUS GIFT OF SALVATION AND THE LOVE OF GOD

In order to offer guidance on life issues, including the issues of Vivenciar.net, we developed a campaign to share with the public the articles available on the blog of our ministry, showing the wisdom, advice and love of God to through these resources. Every week we send through digital media the devotions produced by Para El Camino, articles on life issues (both as extracts from booklets and articles from the Vivenciar.net portal) and the Messages of Hope. We constantly reproduce these contents that carry a valuable message of hope, in addition to offering guidance, that speaks of the infinite love of God and the precious gift of Salvation through His Son Jesus.

THE TEACHINGS OF THE COURSE "DIOS SE REVELA" (GOD CONNECTS) ARE SHARED IN THE SOCIAL MEDIA

In order to invite the public to explore what the Bible says about that incredible love of God, and how such love wants to give meaning and direction to your life in this world, and for eternity, we share the Bible study series Dios se revela (God Connects) through the platforms of Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. We open the doors for those who are interested in learning more about this study or have questions about any of the shared topics.
